Bosch Inverter Drive Technology offers superior efficiency, now available in a compact packaged unit. This fully modulating inverter drive adjusts in 1% increments, precisely matching the heating and cooling load. It boasts an impressive efficiency rating of up to 18 SEER2, 11.2 EER2, and 9 HSPF2, and it is ENERGY STAR® qualified.

The units are available in 3-ton or 5-ton models, featuring 2 to 4-stage indoor fan control. Additionally, the 10-speed ECM outdoor blower ensures premium efficiency and whisper-quiet operation. The Inverter Ducted Packaged (IDP) units provide best-in-class efficiency and comfort. Their precise modulation minimizes energy usage while maximizing comfort for homeowners. Our 3-ton IDP Premium units offer up to 4-stage indoor fan control, while the 5-ton IDP Premium units provide up to 2-stage fan control.

Unlike conventional heat pumps that frequently cycle on and off, leading to uncomfortable temperature fluctuations, inverter-driven pumps adjust continuously to maintain a consistent room temperature. Modulating inverter systems deliver only the necessary amount of hot or cool air to achieve the desired temperature, providing maximum comfort at minimal cost with up to 18 SEER2 and 9 HSPF2 ratings.

Traditional units' frequent on-and-off cycles create inrush current surges, which use more energy and lead to unnecessary wear and tear on the system. In contrast, the Bosch inverter unit smoothly ramps up operations, avoids spikes in energy use, and extends the lifecycle of the system.
